Digital Product Policy

This policy explains how VAP digital products work. It applies to products marked as Digital 3D Print File, Free Digital File, Digital Download or Digital 3D Print File Pack.

1. Digital product only

VAP digital products are supplied as downloadable digital files. No physical item is shipped for digital products. Any product title, description or image showing a printed part is used to explain the intended result of the file.

2. File format and intended use

VAP files are designed for FDM 3D printing and are supplied in both 3MF and STL formats. The 3MF version contains the prepared VAP setup, while the STL version provides matching geometry for broad slicer compatibility. They are intended for automotive interior, trim, delete, integration or detail applications as described on the individual product page.

3. Printer, material and fitment responsibility

Final print quality and fitment depend on printer calibration, material selection, slicer settings, print orientation, vehicle condition and installation method. Customers should test-fit all printed parts before final installation.

4. Recommended materials

Material recommendations may be provided on product pages or in the Technical Library. For automotive interiors, heat resistance and UV resistance should be considered. PLA may be suitable for visual prototypes, but higher-temperature materials may be more appropriate for long-term vehicle use.

5. License and permitted use

Purchased VAP files are licensed to the buyer for personal project use. The customer may print the file for their own vehicle or project.

6. Not permitted

The customer may not redistribute, resell, upload, trade, publish, share or include the original VAP digital files in any file pack, marketplace listing, community upload or commercial download offer without written permission from VAP.

Commercial resale of printed parts made from VAP files requires written permission from VAP.

7. Free files

Free VAP files are provided to let users test the design quality, print workflow and fitment approach of VAP products. Free files remain VAP digital products and may not be redistributed, reuploaded or sold as digital files.

8. Delivery

Digital files are intended to be delivered electronically after checkout through the configured download or email delivery process. If download access does not arrive or does not work, contact VAP at vanalmsickparts@gmail.com.

9. Updates and revisions

VAP may improve or revise digital files over time. Access to future updates is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.

10. Safety and legal use

Unless clearly stated otherwise, VAP digital files are not designed for structural, safety-critical, load-bearing or road-approval-relevant functions. Users are responsible for checking local rules, vehicle regulations and installation suitability.
