Shipping Policy

Digital files

Products marked as Digital 3D Print File, Free Digital File or Digital Download are digital products supplied in both 3MF and STL formats. No physical item is shipped for these products.

Digital files are intended to be delivered electronically through the configured checkout, download or email delivery process.

No shipping fee should be charged for digital-only products.

Physical products

Physical products, such as hardware kits, will be clearly marked as physical products. Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates for physical products are shown during checkout when applicable.

Mixed orders

If an order contains both digital and physical products, the digital product is delivered electronically and the physical product is shipped according to the available shipping options at checkout.
