Terms of Service

1. Store operator

The store is operated by VAP – van Almsick Parts, Maximilian van Almsick, Ludwig-Thoma-Straße 6, 72805 Lichtenstein, Germany. Full operator details are listed in the Legal Notice / Imprint. Legal form: sole proprietorship not entered in the German Commercial Register (nicht eingetragenes Einzelunternehmen).

2. Scope

These terms apply to orders placed through the VAP online store. VAP primarily offers digital 3D print files in 3MF and STL formats for FDM printing and may offer selected physical products or hardware kits.

3. Digital products

Products marked as Digital 3D Print File, Free Digital File, Digital Download or Digital 3D Print File Pack are digital products. No physical item is shipped for these products.

4. Physical products

Products explicitly marked as physical products or hardware kits are shipped according to the shipping information shown at checkout.

5. License for digital files

Purchased VAP digital files, including the supplied 3MF and STL versions, are licensed to the buyer for personal project use. Redistribution, resale, public sharing, uploading to file marketplaces, file trading or selling the original digital files is not permitted without written permission from VAP.

Commercial resale of printed parts made from VAP files requires written permission from VAP.

6. Digital delivery and withdrawal

Digital products are delivered electronically after checkout through the download or email delivery process configured for the product. Any early expiry of a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content applies only where all applicable statutory requirements are met, including the customer’s express consent, acknowledgement and the required contractual confirmation. Further information is provided in the Withdrawal Policy.

7. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable statutory taxes where required. The payment methods available for an order are displayed during checkout.

8. Fitment, printing and use

Print quality and final fitment depend on printer calibration, material choice, slicer settings, vehicle condition and installation method. All printed parts must be test-fitted before final installation.

9. Safety

Unless expressly stated otherwise, VAP files are intended for non-safety-critical trim, delete, integration and detail applications. They must not be used for structural, safety-critical or load-bearing applications unless specifically designed and validated for that use.

10. Withdrawal, refunds and returns

Withdrawal, refund and return information is provided in the Withdrawal Policy, Refund Policy and Digital Product Policy. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
